Villa Watchtower rises from one of the highest points of La Reserva de Sotogrande, Spain, where Manuel Ruiz Moriche and ARK Architects shape a contemporary house around broad views of the Mediterranean Sea and Andalusian landscape. Expansive glazing, terraces, landscaped patios, and a long infinity pool extend the residence toward its setting, while stone, timber, and water form a restrained material palette. The result is a calm sequence of open and enclosed spaces calibrated to light, ventilation, and privacy.
