Expansive glazing, terraces, landscaped patios, and a long infinity pool extend the residence toward its setting, while stone, timber, and water form a restrained material palette. KAS Residence is a house in São Paulo, Brazil, by Suite Arquitetos , conceived as the main meeting place for a couple with three children. Its ground floor links the living room, dining room, home theater, and gourmet balcony in a continuous social setting, while retractable windows open that shared zone to the garden. Reclaimed cinnamon wood flooring, exposed brick, and Itaúnas granite carry a common material vocabulary through the architecture, interiors, and landscape.
